Delivery dates are estimates and may be adjusted for factors outside our control; we will notify you promptly of any material delays.
You agree to provide, in a timely manner, any information, materials, access, or approvals we reasonably require to perform the Services. Failure to provide these may delay delivery and may result in additional charges.
